Bosch 18V Charger (Model: AL 1830 CV) - Convenient
## Bosch AL 1830 CV 18V Charger
The Bosch AL 1830 CV is a compact, lightweight charger for Bosch 14.4 V and 18 V lithium-ion batteries, including the 18 V Power4All system. With a 3 A charging current, it brings a 2.0 Ah battery to 100% in about 45 minutes and a 4.0 Ah battery in about 95 minutes.
Its charging process detects the battery's state of charge and temperature to help prevent deep discharge and overcharging, while indicator lights show progress and fault conditions. Note that Bosch has since listed the AL 18V-44 as its successor.
**Best used for:** Charging Bosch green 14.4 V and 18 V Li-Ion batteries at home or in the workshop.
**Not recommended for:** Batteries from other brands or non-Li-Ion Bosch packs.
