What is the S Rewards Program?

S Rewards is Sound Select’s loyalty programme designed to reward customers for shopping with us.When you shop with Sound Select, you earn S Rewards points based on the amount you spend. These points accumulate in your account and can be redeemed to unlock reward vouchers for future purchases.

You earn 1 S Rewards point for every R1 spent, which means points can accumulate quickly — especially when purchasing high-performance audio equipment.

As your points grow, you unlock reward milestones that can be redeemed for discount vouchers on future orders.

How does the S Rewards Program work?

It’s simple:

1. Shop at Sound Select
2. Earn 1 S Rewards point for every R1 spent on eligible purchases.
3. Points accumulate automatically
4. Points are added to your account as pending points after an order is placed.
5. Points are approved
6. Once approved by Sound Select, the points become available to redeem.
7. Unlock reward milestones
8. As your points accumulate, you unlock reward vouchers at specific milestones.

Rewards unlock at:

• 25,000 points
• 50,000 points
• 75,000 points
• 100,000 points

These rewards can be redeemed during checkout on qualifying orders.

To track your progress, simply log into your Sound Select account to view your points balance and reward milestones.

Will I earn points for shipping fees?

No.

Shipping fees are excluded when calculating S Rewards points.

Points are calculated based on the total order value excluding shipping.

Will I earn points for tax fees?

Yes.

S Rewards points are calculated on the order total including tax, but excluding shipping fees.

Will I earn points on discounted products?

Yes.

You will still earn points when purchasing discounted or sale items.

Points are calculated based on the final amount paid for the product, including tax but excluding shipping.

Will I earn points on purchases made using reward vouchers?

Yes.

If you use a reward voucher during checkout, you will still earn S Rewards points.

However, points will only be calculated on the final amount paid after the voucher discount has been applied, not the original product price.

Creating a Sound Select account automatically enrols you in the S Rewards Programme, allowing you to start earning points every time you shop.

Registered members earn 1 S Rewards point for every R1 spent on eligible purchases. These points accumulate in your account and move you closer to unlocking reward milestones.

Only logged-in members can earn, track, and redeem S Rewards points. Your account dashboard allows you to view your current points balance, monitor pending and approved points, and track your progress toward the next reward milestone.

Without an account, points cannot be earned or redeemed.

By signing up, every purchase you make at Sound Select contributes toward unlocking rewards on future orders.

With the S Rewards Programme, earning points is simple.

You earn:

Points Expiry

Each points record expires 365 days from the date it is earned.

We recommend redeeming points regularly as you reach reward milestones.

Earn Points for Product Reviews

Sharing your product experience helps other customers choose the right equipment and allows us to continually improve our products and service.

As a thank you, Sound Select may reward approved product reviews with S Rewards points added to your account.

To qualify for points, reviews must meet the following conditions:

• Reviews must be original and written by you
• Reviews should be focused and relevant to the product
• Reviews should not duplicate existing content
• Reviews should be truthful and objective
• Reviews may not include spam, advertising, or promotional links
• Reviews may not abuse, harass, or threaten others

Sound Select reserves the right to refuse or remove reviews that do not comply with these guidelines.

Sound Select staff may also correct minor spelling or grammatical errors when publishing reviews.

Product Restrictions

Currently, no product restrictions apply when redeeming S Rewards reward vouchers.

Rewards may be used on any eligible Sound Select product as long as the order meets the minimum spend requirement for the reward tier.

Sale Item Restrictions

S Rewards points can be used on discounted or sale items, provided the order meets the minimum spend requirement of the applicable reward voucher.

Conditions of Use

S Rewards points are only available to registered Sound Select members.

Points are earned on eligible purchases only and may be redeemed in accordance with the reward milestones and redemption rules.

Important conditions include:

• Points cannot be transferred between members
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash
• Points are not refundable
• Points will not be reinstated for cancelled or refunded orders
• When redeeming reward vouchers, points are earned only on the final amount paid after the voucher discount is applied
• Points are calculated including tax but excluding shipping fees

If your reward voucher does not cover the full value of your purchase, you will need to select another payment method to complete the order.

Sound Select reserves the right to amend, suspend, or update the S Rewards Programme or its terms at any time without prior notice.

Redeeming S Rewards Points

As you accumulate S Rewards points, you unlock reward milestones that can be redeemed for discount vouchers on future purchases.

Once you reach a milestone, you can redeem your points from your Rewards Dashboard to generate a reward voucher.

The voucher can then be applied during checkout on qualifying orders.

Reward milestones unlock at:

• 25,000 points
• 50,000 points
• 75,000 points
• 100,000 points

Each milestone unlocks a reward voucher that can be used on your next purchase.

How to Redeem Your Rewards

Redeeming your reward is simple:

1. Log into your Sound Select account
2. Visit your Rewards Dashboard
3. Redeem your points for an available reward voucher
4. Copy the generated voucher code
5. Apply the voucher during checkout

The discount will automatically be applied to your order once the voucher code is entered.

Minimum Order Requirements

Each reward voucher has a minimum order value requirement.

Reward tiers are structured as follows:

• 25,000 points → R500 reward voucher (minimum order value R2,000)
• 50,000 points → R1,000 reward voucher (minimum order value R4,000)
• 75,000 points → R1,500 reward voucher (minimum order value R6,000)
• 100,000 points → R2,000 reward voucher (minimum order value R8,000)

Your order must meet the minimum spend requirement before the reward voucher can be applied.

Payment Requirements

Reward vouchers reduce the total order value.

If the voucher does not cover the full cost of the order, you will need to select an additional payment method to complete your purchase.

Earning Points When Using Rewards

You will still earn S Rewards points when using a reward voucher.

Points are calculated based on the final amount paid after the reward voucher has been applied, not the original product price.

Redemption Limits

There is currently no maximum limit on reward redemptions over time, however:

• Only one reward voucher may be used per order
• Reward vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional codes
