Puma Unisex Evospeed Star 9 Athletics Spikes - Sun
## Puma evoSPEED Star 9 Athletics Spikes
The evoSPEED Star 9 is Puma's lightweight sprint spike, built around an extended PEBAX plate for propulsion and an EVERTRACK heel for added durability. At roughly 180g, it's designed for competitive track events such as 100m sprints, hurdles and jumps.
The upper combines synthetic material with breathable textile mesh to keep weight down while maintaining foot lockdown during explosive starts, and the spike pins are replaceable as they wear.
**Best used for:** Sprinting, hurdles and jump events in competitive track and field.
**Not recommended for:** Training runs, distance events or use off a synthetic track surface.
