## Kalenji Men's Jogflow 100.1 Running Shoes
The Kalenji Jogflow 100.1 is an entry-level men's running shoe built for jogging of up to 10 km per week. A foam sole absorbs the shock of repeated impacts, while a flexible construction supports natural foot movement and a 4 mm drop keeps the ride close to the ground.
The upper is made from polyester and polyurethane with a polyester lining, and the outsole combines EVA with synthetic rubber reinforcements at the toe and heel for grip. At about 250 g in a size 9, it is light enough for easy runs and everyday wear.
**Best used for:** Beginner jogging, short runs and gym or casual wear.
**Not recommended for:** High weekly mileage, racing or technical trail running.
