## RODE PSA1 Studio Microphone Boom Arm
The RODE PSA1 is a professional studio arm aimed at radio, broadcast, studio and home use. Its parallelogram design keeps the microphone pointing in the same direction as you raise or lower it, and internal springs keep movement quiet.
Both a threaded desk insert and a desk mount clamp are included, so it can be fixed through or clamped onto a desk. It supports a combined microphone and shock mount or clip weight of 700g to 1.1kg.
**Best used for:** Podcasting, streaming, broadcast and home studio recording with a mid-weight microphone.
**Not recommended for:** Very light microphones under 700g or setups over 1.1kg, which fall outside its supported range.
