Sound Select Review and Win Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Eligibility:
   • The Sound Select Review and Win Competition (the "Competition") is open to customers who have purchased any premium audio product from Sound Select.
   • Participants must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their respective countries.
2. 2. Competition Period:
   • The Competition begins on [01 September 2023 ] and ends on [30 November 2023].
3. 3. How to Enter:
   • Purchase any premium audio product from Sound Select.
   • Create a genuine written review, sharing your thoughts and experiences with the product.
   • Share your review on social media, tagging Sound Select and the brand of the product in your post.
   • Each review counts as one entry into the competition.
4. 4. Prizes:
   • Only one Grand Prize, valued at up to R20,000, will be awarded for the best review as determined by Sound Select.
   • Only one prize per review can be won. 
   • Spot prizes will be awarded to every 50th purchase made both in-store and online. Spot prizes may vary and will be selected at Sound Select's discretion.
5. 5. Prize Distribution:
   • The Grand Prize winner will be contacted directly by Sound Select through the social media platform where the review was posted.
   • Spot prize winners will be notified upon making the 50th purchase both in-store and online.
6. 6. Prize Conditions:
   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
   • Spot prizes are subject to availability and may change at Sound Select's discretion.
   • The decision of Sound Select in selecting the Grand Prize winner and spot prize winners is final.
7. 7. Publicity and Use of Reviews:
   • By participating in the Competition, you grant Sound Select the right to use your review and social media content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. 8. Privacy:
   • Personal information collected during the Competition may be used in accordance with Sound Select's Privacy Policy.

• • Sound Select reserves the right to modify or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
  • Sound Select is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
